As an Implementation Specialist at itm8, you will be part of a dedicated team that ensures a seamless transition for both new and existing customers to our operations platform. With projects ranging from 60 to 4000 hours, you will work closely with project managers to plan and coordinate resources. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that services are effectively transferred to itm8's platform.

You will take responsibility for project deliveries and handle the technical aspects of migration where there is no dedicated specialist team. In close collaboration with the project managers, you will ensure everything proceeds smoothly. You will take ownership of the technical side, be proactive in spotting and solving challenges, and optimize processes where possible.

About the job

You will be responsible for migrating and implementing customer services, ensuring that processes run efficiently within the project’s framework. You will ensure that our customers receive the necessary support and guidance to fully benefit from our solutions. Together with project managers, you will plan and coordinate resources, ensure progress, and deliver high-quality solutions in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines. You will be hands-on and handle the technical aspects of migration to ensure that all aspects of the transition occur smoothly. In this role, you will focus on:

• Analyzing and deeply understanding our customers' business processes, guiding them through transformative changes and integration solutions, and challenging their processes to optimize solution design, particularly concerning legacy systems and Azure environments.
• Taking responsibility for integrating IT solutions, ensuring that quality is embedded in all systems, processes, and documentation, while meeting customers' unique needs. This also includes quality assurance of guides and ongoing optimization of our methods.
• Creating a stable and trusting environment for both customers, team members, and colleagues through active communication and participation in internal development discussions and departmental meetings.
• Identifying pitfalls, continuously refining and optimizing business processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. You will coordinate the technical aspects between internal and external partners to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and future-proof, as well as adjusting as needed to ensure successful implementation within budget and timelines.
• Providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, from initial discovery to optimization post-go-live, as well as facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance customers' knowledge and capabilities to effectively utilize the solutions.

Job requirements

What makes you a good match? We are looking for a passionate colleague with solid experience in transitioning, upgrading, and migrating MS systems. As part of an international team where communication often occurs online, it is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and analytical approach to task resolution fits perfectly in our dynamic work environment.

• You have 7+ years of experience with MS infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, and Windows Server.
• You have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• You think commercially and have an understanding of how technology can drive success and efficiency.
• You are known for delivering high-quality work and have a structured approach to your tasks.
• You hold relevant Microsoft certifications or are ready to obtain them and keep yourself updated on new technologies.
