To strengthen our Workplace team, we are looking for a Deployment Specialist to solve tasks of varying size throughout the client lifecycle. This involves the operation and development of various deployment platforms including SCCM and Intune. You will work on exciting tasks and projects where you have a high degree of freedom, and you will be involved in planning the tasks together with the customer. You will be part of a strong team whose main task is to ensure the operation of our customers' endpoint devices.

What will be your responsibilities? 

• Build/Troubleshooting/bug-fixing software packages
• Participating in POCs and assisting in the development of our Baseline Device Management service
• Patch of customer clients
• Maintenance and development of deployment platforms

You will join our Workplace team

You will be a part of a global team with locations in Denmark and the Czech Republic. Your colleagues have a close collaboration both regarding technical sparring and socializing despite the long geographical distances. Within our small team, we chat with each other daily and have weekly meetings. The team is responsible for all application deployment in Intune across our customers, implementation of our Device Management services, and continuous maintenance. We have a lot of projects where we move our customers from SCCM to Intune when they are onboarded into our Baseline Device Management Service.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have experience as a technician, IT Supporter, or consultant
• Experience with Deployment from Intune and SCCM
• Experience with PowerShell (PSADT) and possibly VB. Scripting
• Preferably knowledge of Device Management
• Experience with Power Bi and reporting from intune with Graph (not a must)
• You are a smiling IT problem solver who has the drive to ensure high customer satisfaction and the ambition to always find the optimal solution
• You are technically astute and used to giving advice
• You are stable and motivated by freedom under responsibility
