Our Network team manages complex network infrastructure running on a diverse range of technologies for various customers. Currently we are looking for 3 new colleagues for the NOC role, which includes morning and afternoon shifts in between 8 am to 10 pm. Position might also require on-call availability or occasional weekend hours to ensure network operations support. If you join us, you will get to develop your network experience to the next level and cooperate with your senior colleagues from the team. You will have the opportunity to learn to work with ACI and NSX and get hands-on experience with various technologies from e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Azure.

What will be your responsibilities? 

• Network Monitoring and Maintenance
• Perform routine network health checks to identify potential issues using advanced network monitoring tools
• Ensure daily operation and maintenance of customer tasks
• Incident Management and Troubleshooting
• Act as the first line of defense for network-related incidents and outages
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level engineers or specialized support teams
• Maintain logs and documentation of all network incidents and resolutions
• Change Management and Documentation
• Participate in network changes, updates, ensuring that all changes are tested, documented, and in compliance with policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center, or network operations role
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Develop and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and processes, to ensure accurate information sharing across the team.
